Returns & Exchanges

At Rikkt, we aim to provide a great shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions below.

Shipping Returns

We accept returns/refunds only at the time of delivery while the courier is still present.

This means:

  • You may inspect the item upon delivery.
  • If you do not want the item, you may return it immediately before the courier leaves.
  • If you return the order at the time of delivery, the customer is responsible for the shipping/delivery cost.
  • Once the courier leaves, returns/refunds are no longer accepted, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged (unless defective):

  • Used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Sale / discounted items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (After Delivery)

If the courier has already left and you later discover that the item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective (manufacturing defect)
  • Incorrect (different from what you ordered)

Please contact us within [24 / 48] hours of delivery and send:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the case and provide the appropriate solution (exchange, refund, or compensation) based on the situation.

Shipping Fees for Exchanges / Approved Returns

  • If the issue is due to our error or a defective/incorrect item: we cover the shipping fees.
  • If the exchange is requested for personal reasons (no defect): the customer covers the shipping fees.
