Questions

How many points do I earn?

every EGP 1 = 1 point on every order, every EGP 1 = 2 points if you pay by InstaPay. Points count on the products after any discount, without shipping.

When can I use them?

14 days after your order arrives (the return window). You'll see them under "My points" and get an e-mail when they're ready.

How do I use them?

Logged in, tick "use your points" in the cart or at checkout and the discount is applied. 1,000 points = EGP 25 off, from 2,000 points, up to 25% of an order.

Do I need an account?

Points live on your account. If you order as a guest, you can make one after the order with just a password, or log in with the same e-mail and they're saved for you.

Do points expire?

They last 180 days from when they open, with a reminder before.

What if I return an order?

A returned order loses its points; any points you paid with come back. Points can't be combined with a coupon.
