Car Mats FAQ
Rikkt Super Safe Car Mats – Frequently Asked Questions
What are Rikkt Super Safe car mats?
Rikkt Super Safe are custom-fit TPE car floor mats sold by Rikkt in Egypt. Each set is made for a specific car brand, model and manufacturing year, with raised edges that keep water, mud and sand off the car's original floor.
What is TPE, and is it better than rubber or carpet mats?
TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) is a flexible, rubber-like material. Unlike carpet mats it does not absorb water or dirt, and unlike many traditional rubber mats it is lighter and has little to no smell. It stays flexible in both hot and cold weather and is cleaned with plain water.
How do I know the mats will fit my car?
Every set is listed by brand, model and production years. Use the car finder on the home page (brand → model → year) to see only the mats made for your car. The vehicle-specific shape also helps the mat stay in place while driving.
My car is not listed. What should I do?
Send us a WhatsApp message on +20 100 342 8721 with your car brand, model and year, and we will check availability for you.
Do you have mats for 7-seat cars?
Yes. On the product page choose "7 Seats" instead of "5 Seats". The price changes based on the option you select.
Is the trunk mat included?
The trunk mat is optional. You can add a matching trunk mat for your car model when you place the order.
How do I clean the mats?
Take the mats out, rinse them with water (mild soap if needed), let them dry and put them back. TPE does not absorb liquids, so spills and mud wipe off easily.
Is there a discount for buying more than one set?
Yes: buy 2 sets and get 5% off, buy 3 and get 10% off, buy 4 and get 15% off.
How long does delivery take, and where do you deliver?
We deliver all over Egypt. Orders usually arrive within 2 to 5 business days after confirmation.
Can I return the mats?
Yes. You can request a return within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We send a courier to collect it, and refunds are made within 5 to 7 days via InstaPay, e-wallet or bank transfer.
